NLABA Youth Boxing The NLABA has two Youth Boxing Divisions, 14 to 15 years old, and 16 to 17 years old Young boxers of all ages are encouraged to become NLABA members and attend the NLABA Nationals. However, in the interest of maximizing the depth of competition, and number of quality matches, only those boxers who are 14 years of age and older are eligible to compete in the National Championships. When a boxer turns 18 years of age, he/she moves to the Senior Division, competing against boxers from 18 to 40 years of age.
